A Message From The Personnel Team
Al Cload, Jon Dady, Tex Loadholtz (chairman), Ed St. Clair, Mike Sledge, Carolyn Tudor and Bob Willeke
Statement of Pursuit - In remaining aligned with the vision of our church, as demonstrated through the First Initiative, to mobilize ever man, woman and child of FBCMI for the mission of reaching every man, woman and child of this community, the Personnel Team has been intensely studying and assessing our organizational structure as it applies to multiple operations, facilities function, personnel balance and church wide communications. To continue expanding our scope of ministry through the community and meet the challenging needs of "managing" the broad challenges and diversity of daily ministries, we concluded we have some existing gaps in our organizational leadership. In order to be in the best possible position to biblically equip people for the work of ministry, we have concluded we must seek to bring in someone to serve as Executive Pastor of FBCMI. Identifying this need led the Personnel Team to begin to search for the right man to serve as Executive Pastor. Serving as Chief of Staff, the Executive Pastor works under the leadership of the Senior Pastor directly in executing the day to day implementation and vision already laid out for us. This is a very common position for churches our size and with our scope of ministry and will be full time in capacity.
